Chelsea "a new style of play "

All is well for the boys in blue thanks to the highest paid manager in the world ,Carlo Ancelotti. He may hail from a country where football is all about defense but that doesn't mean he should be a home tutor. Chelsea's 4-3-3 is sound with Yuri Zhirkov's flexibility and Malouda getting a regular place on the score sheet. Chelsea have developed a unique style of football , oriented with attack unlike Barcelona where there is more room for counter attack. passing is a key to both clubs but Chelsea outplay the Catalan giants with a lot of physical force as compared to technical passing. Barca have lot of men getting forward to support the attack so as to Chelsea's front six with an extra full back. The technical movements and team-play styles adopted by the Italian gives much support on the field to the players who tend to have good understanding between them and also with the manager. Possessing the ball for a long time is not as good as creating a lot of chances along with them. The result of this strategy has given the bridge boys a goal difference of 23+  ,twice more than the second placed Arsenal. Anelka adopting a great movement control close to wings to support Drogba's irresistible attack. The return of Jose Bosinwa's return has given an extra boost to both defense and attack meanwhile the club will look much stronger when Lampard is fit. with wins in all three games in the Champions  League and a 5 point lead in the premier league makes the Pensioners the undoubted favorites to win the Treble.

  1. I really expected more of Carlo Ancelotti as Chelsea DT, he disappointed me, I guess he got so used to to his country soccer style that he could not do something else in Chelsea, it's a shame because I as an online bookmaker, lost some money due to Chelsea negative results
